My name is Sławomir Janus. I work and experiment with sound since many years. I am playing different musical instruments and building them. I get crazy about world music and uncommon sounds. Then I have travelled to distant places and meet amazing musicians, musical instruments and playing techniques. I played in many different projects and learn a lot. One day I started constructing waterphone instruments. You can watch my work here waterphone.pl. I play African percussion, balafon, Turkish ney and kaval.
I was fascinated by computers since early childhood. I went through 8-bit Atari computers, Amiga and ancient PC's. I wrote my first code when I was ten. When I grew up, I have finished the computer science. Now I'm joining two passions into one project. Here I will share my digital works as Soundyan.
Many people help on my way me but Soundyan is a one man show of mine.
